The Center for Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Mogadishu University recently hosted a workshop titled “Creativity and Innovation in Life and Higher Education.” This engaging event provided participants with a platform for thought-provoking discussions and valuable insights into how innovation propels progress in both personal and academic realms.
Dr. Shariff Osman, Director of the Institute of Peace, Water, and Environment, significantly enriched the experience with his expertise. He emphasized, “Creativity is the ability to generate new ideas, approaches, or solutions. It involves thinking outside the box. Innovation, on the other hand, is the application of creative ideas to develop new products and services.”
