Khadija Abdullahi Jimale, Leadership, Policy & Community Development Strategist, delivered a training session on 21st-century skills as part of the “Beyond the Classroom: Preparing Students for the Future of Work” program.

The training focused on equipping students with essential skills needed to succeed in today’s rapidly changing world, including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, and leadership.
