The Center for Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Mogadishu University, in collaboration with Arkaan Leadership and Innovation Hub, successfully organized the celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2025, held from 17–22 November 2025.
The week-long event brought together Somali innovators, entrepreneurs, students, and business leaders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore innovative solutions to socio-economic challenges facing communities.
Through discussions, networking sessions, and entrepreneurship-focused activities, the event aimed to strengthen the culture of innovation, support emerging entrepreneurs, and contribute to the growth and development of Somalia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The celebration highlighted the importance of creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship as key drivers for sustainable economic development and youth empowerment in Somalia.
