Executive Director/Head:
At the top of the organizational structure of the Centre, there would be an Executive Director or Head who oversees the overall operations of the Center. He or She provides strategic direction, manages relationships with stakeholders, and ensures the objectives of the Center are achieved.
Head of Entrepreneur Section

Head of Innovation Section:
As the head of the Innovation section within the Center, the role would involve overseeing and driving initiatives related to fostering innovation among students, faculty, and the wider community.
Program Managers/Coordinators:
Program managers or coordinators are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various programs and initiatives offered by the Center. They work closely with entrepreneurs, innovators, and other key stakeholders to develop and deliver relevant programs, workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
Business Development Team:
The business development team focuses on building partnerships and collaborations with external organizations, including corporations, investors, government agencies, and other entrepreneurial support entities. Their role is to attract funding, sponsorships, and resources to support the center’s activities.
Entrepreneurship Advisors/Mentors
Entrepreneurship advisors or mentors provide guidance and support to entrepreneurs and innovators. They have expertise in different business domains and help startups refine their ideas, develop business plans, navigate challenges, and access necessary resources. They may be full-time staff or external experts affiliated with the center.
Marketing and Communications
The marketing and communications team is responsible for promoting the center’s activities, events, and success stories. They handle the organization’s branding, website, social media presence, public relations, and other communication channels to reach out to the target audience and raise awareness about the center’s offerings.
Research and Analysis:
Some centers for entrepreneurship and innovation have a dedicated research and analysis team. This team conducts research on entrepreneurship trends, market analysis, and industry insights. They provide valuable information to entrepreneurs, policymakers, and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and support evidence-based entrepreneurship.
Administrative and Support Staff:
Administrative and support staff handle day-to-day operations, manage finances, handle logistics, and provide general administrative support. They ensure smooth functioning of the center and support other teams in executing their tasks.
